2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our official quote form.

• Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding the items, addresses, and timing.

• Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receiving a written or verbal acknowledgment from our team.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on the volume of goods, distance, service level, and timing.

• Final charges will be informed before loading and must be paid as agreed (advance/after delivery).

• We accept payments via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled move will be eligible for a partial refund (if advance was paid).

• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may not be eligible for refund.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Liability & Insurance

• While we ensure utmost care, we are not liable for items not disclosed during booking.

• Customers are encouraged to take transit insurance for high-value items.

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Clients must ensure proper access and permission for loading/unloading.

• Fragile items must be disclosed and labeled at the time of packing.

• Delays due to customer unavailability or misinformation are not our liability.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Explosives or flammable goods

• Perishable food without proper packaging

• Illegal substances or restricted items
