Agarwal Domestic provides professional packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services. All services are subject to the availability of resources and equipment at the scheduled time of the move.
Estimates: Any quote provided online or over the phone is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer.
Final Pricing: The final price may vary based on the actual volume of goods, distance, floor levels (stairs vs. elevator), and any additional services (e.g., furniture dismantling) requested on-site.
Taxes: All applicable government taxes (GST) will be charged extra unless specified otherwise.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate details regarding the volume of goods and the nature of the items (especially fragile or high-value items).
Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, jewelry, currency, or illegal items.
Readiness: The customer must ensure that the site is ready for packing/loading at the agreed-upon time to avoid delay charges.
Transit Insurance: We strongly recommend customers opt for transit insurance for their goods. Agarwal Domestic is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen road conditions unless specific insurance was purchased.
Fragile Items: While we take the utmost care, the company is not responsible for internal electronic or mechanical damage to appliances unless there is visible external damage to the packing.
Payment Terms: A booking deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of loading or as per the agreed schedule.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Any claims regarding damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Agarwal Domestic reserves the right to inspect the items before processing any claims.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, e.g., Haryana].
